BrainSite offers a free plan and a Starter paid plan for owners who need persistent memory and payment processing. Payment-processor fees may still apply where payments are used.

## Prepaid Credits

Owners on any plan can buy prepaid credits in $5, $10, or $20 top-ups, at $0.12/conversation ($5 buys roughly 41 conversations). Purchased credits are separate from the plan's included conversation allowance and do not expire. Credits can be used for eligible over-cap conversations and manual website rescans.

## Notes

- Web chat is included within plan limits.
- SMS, payment processing, document extraction, and unusually heavy AI usage may be metered, bundled with caps, or passed through with markup.
- Starter has a 0% BrainSite transaction fee. Payment-processor fees still apply.
- Growth and Business are not currently offered to new subscribers; existing subscribers on those plans keep their current pricing and features unchanged.
