BrainSite docs

Build, teach, and support your BrainSite.

Use these docs to create your public AI link, configure your agent, add trusted knowledge, review leads, manage usage, and connect the channels that turn conversations into outcomes.

What BrainSite includes

One public link, one live agent, one growing knowledgebase.

Public BrainSite link

A unique URL and QR-ready profile that visitors can open, scan, share, and talk to.

Live AI chat

Visitors ask questions and the agent answers from approved business context and sources.

Compounding knowledge

Approved source material, corrections, and teaching become reusable business memory.

Lead inbox

Review conversations, captured contacts, qualification status, and follow-up opportunities.

Get started

Create your first BrainSite

Start with a smart public profile or scan an existing website to generate a draft agent.

  1. Sign in and open Create BrainSite.
  2. Enter a public website URL or start from your profile details.
  3. Review the generated business context, bio, and brand profile.
  4. Test chat before sharing the public URL.
  5. Publish or share the BrainSite URL and QR code when ready.
Identity and branding

Control how your BrainSite appears

Your public page can reflect your business identity, visual style, and preferred contact channels.

  1. Edit business name, agent name, bio, category, location, website, and slogan.
  2. Add social links and channel buttons for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, or Other.
  3. Upload logos, mascot images, and a square brand icon.
  4. Set primary, secondary, and background colors plus palette and fonts.
  5. Choose a light or dark public template when available.
Knowledgebase

Teach the agent what it should know

BrainSite answers best when its knowledge is source-grounded and reviewed.

  1. Scan a public website to extract context, links, brand signals, and source pages.
  2. Upload PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, or JSON files.
  3. Teach the agent directly from owner controls.
  4. Review suggested memory before it affects live answers.
  5. Approve, edit, or reject pending knowledge proposals.
Leads and conversations

Use Agent Inbox to follow up

The inbox turns public chat activity into a reviewable lead workflow.

  1. See recent conversations, latest messages, channel source, and message count.
  2. Review captured name, email, phone, and other visitor metadata when available.
  3. Track lead status: New, Contact Captured, Qualified, or Archived.
  4. Look for fallback answers and teach the missing knowledge.
  5. Use dashboard attention items to find pending reviews, missing lead fields, and usage warnings.
Pricing and usage

Plans scale with conversations, storage, and workflows.

Paid plans use soft conversation limits: your agent keeps responding, and overages apply according to the plan.

Integrations

Connect channels and workflows

BrainSite can support web chat, Telegram, SMS, WhatsApp, voice/call workflows, email notifications, and seller onboarding depending on configuration.

  1. Telegram uses owner linking, webhook routing, and optional support group teaching.
  2. SMS and WhatsApp route through Twilio webhooks.
  3. Voice workflows use the separate voice worker.
  4. Email supports seller onboarding and lead notifications.
  5. Listing OS supports property files, documents, media, conflicts, clauses, packages, and handoffs.
Growth website widget

Embed your BrainSite agent on your own website

Growth members can add a floating BrainSite chat widget to an external website with one script tag.

  1. Open the agent configuration screen for the BrainSite you want to embed.
  2. Confirm the owner account is on Growth.
  3. Copy the Website widget script from the configuration panel.
  4. Paste it before the closing body tag on your website.
  5. Publish the site and test that new conversations appear in Agent Inbox.
Developer API

Embed a BrainSite in external tools

Owners can create scoped API keys for one BrainSite deployment and use REST or the local MCP bridge.

Read API markdown
  1. Create, list, and revoke API keys from owner/developer controls.
  2. Read assigned agent metadata.
  3. Send chat messages to the assigned BrainSite.
  4. List and read conversations.
  5. Search approved knowledge.
Troubleshooting

Fast answers to common setup issues.

Website scan says the URL is not public

Use a normal public `https://` website. Localhost, private network, internal, and unsafe redirect targets are blocked.

The agent gives generic answers

Add source material, approve pending knowledge, and test again. If provider keys or usage limits are missing, fallback behavior may appear.

My BrainSite is missing from the directory

Check the public slug, deployment status, publish status, and whether the BrainSite is live or published.

A file upload is rejected

Confirm the file type is supported and the account has storage available. Knowledge uploads and seller document uploads have different limits.

Billing did not update after checkout

Confirm the Stripe checkout completed. If support is investigating, they should check webhook delivery and plan metadata.

Telegram, SMS, or WhatsApp messages are not routing

Confirm the channel is connected, webhook URLs are configured, and the owner or deployment mapping exists.

Need a deeper operational guide?

This public docs page is generated from the BrainSite knowledgebase. Internal support and admin runbooks stay in the private KB so public docs remain focused on user setup and support.
