How BrainSite learns

BrainSite learns through governed, owner-reviewed knowledge and permitted conversation context. Website scans, uploaded files, direct teaching, and corrections can propose new information. The owner controls what becomes approved knowledge, while conversation context remains separate from verified business facts.

Knowledge

What information can BrainSite learn?

An owner can add business details, offers, policies, FAQs, website pages, files, corrections, and other approved sources. BrainSite retrieves relevant information from that knowledge when it answers a visitor.

Control

Does BrainSite learn automatically from every conversation?

No. A visitor statement does not silently become an approved business fact. Conversation context can support an eligible conversation, but new persistent knowledge must follow the configured review process.

The scanner collects permitted public website content.
BrainSite prepares proposed business context, company fields, and sources.
The proposed changes stay separate from the live deployment.
The owner approves or rejects the refresh.
Approved changes become available to the live agent.
